FUTO Supplementary Admission Application Form 2013/2014 Out

Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTA) has started sales of supplementary admission form for 2013/2014 academic session. Candidates whose names did not come out on the first FUTO Admission list can apply for supplementary admission.

NB:
{i} That candidates should not complete the forms into more than one department.

Payment of the sum of #7,500 should be paid into the following banks;
(a)diamond bank
(b)first bank
(c)first city monument bank
(d)UBA
(e)Futo micro-finance Bank

{ii} download one supplementary Admission form per candidate from the futo web (www.futo.edu.ng)

{iii}The completed supplementary forms are to be returned not later than 5th November ,2013, to the Admission Unit Registration Annex with photocopies of the following;
(a)E-tranzact slip
(b)Jamb Result Slip
(c)Futo post UTME Result slip
(d) Waec/ Neco Result

We should also inform you that if you have paid N10,000 for the form as against the current fee of N7,000, you can request a refund of N2500. We gathered that FUTO Student Union Government (SUG) requested this change and the management obliged. You can visit the SUG of FUTO to get your refund.
